Oh this is lovely, I've been stuck in the vicious cycle of being chained to my phone too! I deleted tiktok yesterday, and this was the nudge I needed to pull the trigger on IG. Whenever I have the impulse to open one of the dreaded apps, I try to do something with my hands instead. I recently decided to heal my inner child by making friendship bracelets again, because what a gesture of friendship, and an easy creative outlet. I've also been using a legitimate camera too, it's nice to not feel so tethered to a phone!
Obsessed to see other girlies reading Robert Greene. While I wouldn’t take it as advice as to how to live your life- it’s so insightful to see how other people behave in accordance with his writing and ideas… wish I knew of books like this that were written by women.
