Dear reader,

I started this blog over two years ago when I was working a corporate job that wasn’t stimulating my creativity. I was utterly bored and needed an outlet to express myself. apartamento 710 was born out of the desire to connect with a community, specifically with other artists and creatives who also have to work a full-time job to fund their creative pursuits.

Since then, this space has become one of the most exciting parts of my creative ecosystem and has opened many doors to new projects and collabs with people I admire. But something that brings creative fulfillment can still be challenging to balance, especially having a 9–5.

In this letter, I’m sharing with you what has worked for me in the past 2+ years running my newsletter: how I’ve taken it from 0 to 5,500+ readers, the details of my writing process, the tools I use to manage the world of apartamento 710, and more. Let’s dive in!
